Requirements

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO IMPORT:

These documents must be provided by the importer


  • Letter of entrustment (On letterhead sample attached below)
  • Cedula fiscal
  • Document stating fiscal address and document with the verification of address by SAT
  • Proof of fiscal address (such as a utilities bill)
  • Document stating that fiscal obligation are up to date (provided by SAT)
  • Articles of incorporation, or document establishing business
  • Contract of legal representatives
  • RFC of the legal representative
  • Copy of official identification of the legal representative
  • Import programs (PITEX or MAQUILA) if applicable
  • Copy of the document where Esquivel was requested as Mexican customs broker
  • Photos of facilities. (pictures must show the name and address of the company)
